Privacy policy

resty.ai is a property-management product operated by Sourdough AI LLC (“we,” “us”). If you have a question about this policy, email hello@resty.ai.

Account details. Your name, email address, and an optional mobile number you add so we can send the SMS reminders you set up. Your password is salted and hashed — we never store it in a form we can read.

Portfolio data. The properties, units, tenants, transactions, loans, documents, and reminders you enter. This is your data; we hold it so the app can do its job.

Operational logs. Standard server and delivery logs (timestamps, request paths, error traces, SMS delivery receipts) used to keep the service running and to debug problems.

The signed-in app uses a single cookie to keep you logged in. We do not run advertising or behavioral trackers inside the app.

On the public marketing pages we use a privacy-preserving, cookieless web-analytics measurement (Cloudflare) to count visits in aggregate. It does not set cookies or build a profile of you.

We use a small number of vendors to operate the service:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, and backups for the application and your documents.
• Twilio — delivers the SMS reminders you choose to set up. Your mobile number is shared with Twilio only to send those messages.
• Stripe — handles subscription billing. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

We never sell your data, and we don't share it with lenders, advertisers, or data brokers.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Backups roll on a short retention window. If you delete your account, we remove your portfolio data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep limited billing records for tax and accounting.

Export. Every table in the app exports to CSV from the interface — your data is always portable, no request needed.

Access, correction, deletion. Email hello@resty.ai to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. We honor these regardless of where you live.

resty.ai is a business tool and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

If we make a material change to this policy we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email. Continuing to use resty.ai after a change means you accept the updated policy.
